In today’s fast-paced world, finding time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and others is more important than ever. Women's circles offer a unique opportunity to do just that—a sacred space where we come together to nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits. These gatherings are designed to foster connection, support, and growth through shared experiences and rituals that encourage self-reflection and empowerment.
What is a Women's Circle?
A women's circle is a safe, non-judgmental environment where women of all ages come together to share, listen, and learn. It’s a place to be heard and to hear others. By gathering in a circle, we break away from the distractions of daily life and create space for deeper connection, healing, and personal insight. Each circle is a blend of meditation, guided sharing, journaling, and themed rituals that help us align with the energy of the season and our personal journeys.

Each circle is a combination of mindfulness practices and group sharing to create a deeply nourishing experience.
Here’s what you can expect during your time in the circle:
Meditation to help you ground and be present in the moment. Guided sharing where each woman is invited to speak and listen in a supportive space. Journaling to capture thoughts, feelings, and insights that arise during our time together. Themed rituals that reflect the energy of the season and support your personal growth. These elements come together to help you feel more centered, connected, and empowered. Whether you’re new to circles or have participated before, each gathering is a unique experience designed to nourish your soul.
This Circle’s Theme: Living with an Open Heart
Sunday, February 9th, 3:00pm-4:00pm
What does it mean to live with an open heart? It’s about approaching life with curiosity, compassion, and vulnerability—even when things feel hard. Living with an open heart allows us to navigate challenges with grace, stay connected to others even in conflict, and embrace the fullness of life, with all its joy and complexity.
In this women’s circle, we’ll explore how living with an open heart can help us:

🌸 Stay curious instead of closed off when faced with disconnection.
🌸 Embrace vulnerability as a strength that deepens connection.
Through guided meditation, journaling, and open conversation, we’ll create a safe space to reflect, share, and practice seeing life differently—with more compassion, courage, and clarity. Together, we’ll learn how to soften, stay open, and grow in the face of life’s challenges.

How to Prepare for a Circle
Create a Cozy Space
Set aside a quiet, comfortable spot where you feel at peace. It could be in your favorite chair, on a cushion, or even outdoors if weather allows.
Prepare a Journal
We’ll be doing some reflective writing, so have a notebook or journal and a pen nearby to capture your thoughts and insights.
Dress Comfortably
Wear something that helps you feel relaxed and open—layers are great as temperatures shift.
Gather Meaningful Items
Feel free to bring anything that helps you ground yourself—a cup of tea, a candle, a cozy blanket, or an item of personal significance.
Check Your Tech
We’ll be meeting via Zoom, so make sure your device is charged, and your internet connection is stable. If you need any help, feel free to reach out.
